Residents of border villages and VOMA cadets on the frontlines lack essential personal protective equipment. In case of escalation, this significantly increases the risk of casualties among volunteers and residents involved in defending their communities.Expected Expenses:

• 100 bulletproof vests – 60,000 drams ($150) per unit

• Total project cost – 12,000,000 drams ($30,000)

The project involves the procurement and distribution of 100 bulletproof vests to VOMA branches and trained residents in the regions.

These vests will:

• Protect volunteers and locals in the event of threats.

• Reduce the risk of casualties and enhance safety in border areas.

• Strengthen community defense capabilities by improving readiness for crisis situations.
